Your Learning Partner

Henar Academy was created to make learning feel more personal, supportive and enjoyable.

I believe every learner has their own journey, strengths, needs and way of learning. I aim to provide personalised support that helps students understand what they are learning, build confidence and feel proud of their progress.

From primary learning and homework support to Spanish tutoring, I adapt sessions to each individual's goals and pace, creating a friendly, encouraging space where they can learn without pressure or judgment.

Henar Ullivarri, tutor at Henar Academy

Meet Henar

Hi, I'm Henar, a Spanish-born educator who loves helping learners feel more confident in their abilities.

I'm a native Spanish speaker with a BA in Education (2:1) from London Metropolitan University. I've worked as a teaching assistant at Lancasterian Primary School and with Aquinas Education, and I'm currently a nanny with Koru Kids.

I hold an enhanced DBS check and I'm registered on the DBS Update Service. My approach is patient, encouraging and personalised, whether a learner needs help with primary subjects, homework, English or Spanish.

For me, learning isn't just about getting the right answer. It's about understanding, building confidence and helping learners recognise what they are capable of.

Why Henar Academy?

Every learner deserves support that feels personal.

At Henar Academy, sessions are tailored to the learner rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I focus on understanding what each student needs, celebrating their progress and creating a positive space where they can ask questions, make mistakes and keep learning.
