Privacy notice

Henar Academy is run by Henar Ullivarri. This notice explains how I handle your personal data under UK GDPR.

What I collect

Your name, email address and message when you use the contact form. If you become a client, I'll also keep basic lesson details such as your child's first name, year group and lesson times.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange lessons and keep a record of sessions. I don't use it for marketing and I don't sell or share it, except where the law requires me to.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to lessons are deleted after 12 months. Client records are deleted 12 months after lessons end.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can object to how I use it. Send a message through the contact form and I'll reply.

Where it's stored

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you use the contact form, your message goes through Web3Forms, which passes it on to me by email. Web3Forms' servers are in the United States, and it may keep a copy of form submissions for up to 30 days. Both services handle data under their own privacy policies: Web3Forms and Cloudflare.

Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, and it works without cookies. I don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
